Hotel Costa Caddu

We had a wonderful 4 day stay with our daughters. We stayed in the 2 bedroom villa with semi private pool. This entire place appears immaculate - clean, well maintained and beautiful lawn, plants, flowers everywhere. The from desk staff was proficient in English, which was helpful. While we sometimes struggled to communicate with the restaurant staff (my Italian is quite poor), they were wonderful, always a smile, always trying to help. Great little vacation.

We had the most amazing time here in Costa Caddu Hotel. From the rooms with beautiful garden, pool and sea views to the kind and caring staff and just the mesmerising scenic location close by 6 min walk to local beach. It was unbeatable! It felt like such wonderful luxury. The pool and jacuzzi was out of the world with the views of the sea and mountains. Everyone was accommodating. It was over crowded, quite private! At times felt like we had the resort to ourselves. The breakfast was wonderful and my god the dinner was lush! 😍 Highly recommended and will be back here some time I'm sure!

Apart from the great facilities and friendly, helpful staff, what really stands out is the attention to detail here. The design and execution of the whole site is faultless - from the layout and sense of space to the lighting, furniture, and splashes of colour inside and out. It's spotless, with a noticeable daily cleaning and maintenance routine everywhere, and I'd challenge anyone to find an ounce of mould, dust or grime in any nook or cranny, anywhere, or a hedge that needs a trim, or some grass that hasn't been manicured and cared for. This all creates a super comfortable, relaxing environment, in which the staff and guests thrive. The breakfast has something for everyone, bar service is good, and drinks are reasonable. The evening meal is fixed price for adults and children so isn't ideal if you have small stomachs to feed, but I'm still giving Costa Caddu 5 stars because, well, you can go out for dinner, and everything else is perfect.

We stayed here for one week and were not satisfied with this hotel. Service - 1/5, restaurant staff was not greeting. It seemed like they didn’t want to take your ordet and were angry all time. They only spoke italian and therefore a bit difficult to communicate. Room - 2/5, room was big and clean. But the bed didn’t have a mattress and was very uncomfortable. Minimum toiletries. “Mini-bar” only contained 2 bottles of water. Wifi very poor. Lunch - 1/5, they only took lunch orders between 12-14. We do not recommend the lunch food anyway. Location - 3/5, you need a car to get around as there are no restaurants near. Close to a small beach. Garden - 5/5 beautiful garden Note: there is a live-singer playing lousy music on highest volume every evening from 6pm until midnight.
